Privacy Policy

At Top Tier Wellness, LLC. d/b/a Drop Lbs (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, (Droplbs.com) and our related services (together with the Site, the “Services”) and governs data collection and usage. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

We collect personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. We also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

 

We may collect, store, or process information when you:

  • Contact us with inquiries, including via email;

  • Sign up to receive communications; or 

  • Voluntarily provide information.

The Services also may automatically collect details about your computer hardware and software. We may de-identify your personal information in compliance with all applicable laws and may use and disclose such de-identified information for any purpose not prohibited by applicable law.

Protected Health Information

In using certain components of our Services, you may provide certain Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”) and state law. Our Notice of Privacy Practices is a separate document that governs how your health information may be used and disclosed in accordance with HIPAA. In addition, any medical or health information that you provide that is subject to specific protections under applicable state laws will be used and disclosed only in accordance with such applicable law.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, without your explicit consent.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies (small text files stored in your browser) and other techniques such as web beacons (small, clear picture files used to follow your online activities) (“Tracking Technologies”). Tracking Technologies collect information that tells us how you use our Site, web-related products and Services. The use of Tracking Technologies does not give us access to the rest of your computer.

This, in turn, helps us make our Services relevant to your interests and needs. We use both first-party Tracking Technologies and third-party Tracking Technologies.  

You can choose to refuse cookies, or set your browser to let you know each time a website tries to set a cookie. 

Please note, however, that if you disable our cookies you may not be able to access certain services or facilities on our Site. 

Our Site currently does not respond to “do not track” or similar signals.

Security of your Personal Information

We have implemented measures designed to reasonably secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Please do not share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk. When you use our Services there is a risk that your PHI will be stored unencrypted on your mobile device. We take a variety of technical safeguards to make sure that your PHI does not leak onto your mobile device but we cannot guarantee that these safeguards work.

Our Site may contain links to other sites, including those of third parties or partners. While we seek to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices used by other websites. By accessing other third party websites or applications through our Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. It is possible that other parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different web Sites when you use our Site. 

We encourage you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from the Site so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on any other websites.

International Visitors 

Our Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”) and elsewhere in the world. By using this Site, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal information to the US. If you are accessing our Sites from outside the US, please be advised that US law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction.  

Minors

Our Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 without parental consent.  If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must create your account, submit your personal information, and agree to this Privacy Policy on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and customer feedback. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
